At PakPride, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and meet our return criteria, we offer refunds in the form of store vouchers that can be used for future purchases. Please review the details of our refund policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds in the form of store vouchers are available for eligible returns within 3 to 4 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- The return request must be made within 3 to 4 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process your refund request.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged (except in cases of defects).
- Gift cards and certain promotional items.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

4. Refunds in the Form of Vouchers
Once we receive and verify the returned item, a store voucher will be issued to you. The voucher will be sent via email and will be valid for use on our website for future purchases.
- Voucher Amount: The voucher will be for the full amount of your purchase, minus any applicable shipping fees or restocking fees (if applicable).
- Validity: Store vouchers are typically valid for a set period, which will be specified on the voucher. Be sure to check the terms on the voucher for the expiration date.
- Non-Transferable: Store vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will provide a refund in the form of a voucher or offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. If the item is defective or damaged, you will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For returns that are not due to a defect or mistake on our part, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- PakPride Responsibility: If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items and keep a copy of the return tracking number until the return has been processed.
7. Late Returns
Returns made after 4 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund. If a return is received later than the designated period, we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to return items as soon as possible to ensure eligibility for a refund voucher.
8. Refund Processing Time
